Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA)
Agents who have earned a Pricing Strategy Advisor certification, possess skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values. Agents are required to complete 16 classroom hours to earn this distinguished designation.
Seller Representative Specialist (SRS)
Seller Representative Specialist designees are extensively trained in a wide variety of electronic marketing methods to uniquely promote your property to the widest range prospective purchasers. Agents who have earned this designation, ensure that the seller is the center of the sale and they negotiate skillfully for a successful transaction. These agents adhere to the highest level of professional ethics and business practices. Agents are required to complete 16 classroom hours to earn this distinguished designation.
Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR)
Agents who attain their Accredited Buyer Representative designation have gone the extra mile learning how to serve, not sell their clients. They are committed to putting their clients first and understand what is important to them as they buy a home. They have specialized training and superior buyer representation skills along with a proven track record for delivering the best service to their clients. Agents are required to complete 16 classroom hours to earn this distinguished designation.
Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE)
The Real Estate Negotiation Expert certification produces agents with sharp negotiation skills who are advocates for their clients. This designation requires agents to learn comprehensive skill sets for practical application to their day to day business. Agents are required to complete 16 classroom hours to earn this distinguished designation.
Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI)
The Graduate REALTOR® Institute designation is awarded to agents who have demonstrated in-depth market knowledge, increased proficiency in a broad array of subjects to enhance professionalism and business success. Agents are required to complete 64 classroom hours to earn this distinguished designation.
Certified Mountain Area Specialist (CMAS)
The Certified Mountain Area Specialist designation requires agents to demonstrate in-depth skills with water rights (wells), septic tanks and waste water removal systems, title concerns with easements and right of ways that plaque mountain area properties. This certification is new and only available in Colorado, there are only a handful of agents who have tackled the production, course work and other requirements to achieve this notable designation.
Supervising Broker (EA License)
Agents who have earned a supervising broker license have taken additional classes to elevate their skills to be able to manage and supervise other broker associate agents. There are additional requirements to maintain this level of licensing and only a handful of agents pursue this designation.
